Kathie Forney, President
Kathie Forney began her career in recruiting in Houston in 1986. With fifteen years of experience placing and advising professionals in companies ranging from Fortune 100 to pre-IPO emerging start-ups, Kathie brings strong client and business relationships and team leadership to i.focus corp. Having managed the Houston office of a Silicon Valley based search firm, Kathie developed a focus on the emerging technology companies founded by Houston entrepreneurs and business leaders. Kathie founded i.focus corp. primarily to address the unique needs of a wide range of growth companies in Houston and to provide them with a more creative and innovative approach to recruiting service and options customized to fit their particular goals.


Angela Graves, Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Angela Atwell-Graves co-founded i.focus corp. after seven years managing the behind-the-scenes operations of two successful recruiting offices. With a high level of energy and intelligence, Angela has a keen sense of business processes and management of details. Angela’s role within i.focus corp. is to manage the business operations so the rest of her team can manage their client’s business needs without disruption. "Angela’s biggest strength is her initiative in constantly redefining business processes to achieve greater value for the company, and ultimately our clients," said Forney.

Alan Zigelman, Consultant
Alan Zigelman joins i.focus corp. with four years experience in business development  and account management  experience specifically related to mission-critical IT solutions. Alan has developed strong business relationships within the IT industry having collaborated with consulting firms, software publishers and telecommunication providers. Alan also has invaluable experience assessing the IT needs and business impact of advanced IT solutions for nearly every industry vertical in Houston. Alan 's top priority at i.focus corp. is to ensure that  his efforts constantly align his client's business  needs with available IT resources. Alan is very active in the community and currently serves as a board member for JBA, a networking organization specifically focused on business development for young Houston professionals. Alan earned a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.

Jennifer Hollingshead, CPC, Consultant
Jennifer joins the i.focus corp. team with over twelve years of experience in the search industry. After serving in various roles from recruiting to major account development she brings a solid reputation for results along with a keen-sighted perspective on a constantly changing industry. She has managed complex, difficult search assignments for professional services and consulting firms in a variety of industries.

With her ability to gain her clients’ loyalty and trust by thoroughly managing their searches from inception past completion and the ability to always stay on top of the latest industry shifts, she brings a new perspective to the phrase “multi-tasking”. “Jennifer’s high energy level and commitment to professional integrity met the high bar that we strive for here at i.focus corp.. She is a tireless, committed service provider who firmly believes that she can add value for a client, and proves this in every thing she does,” says Forney.

Jennifer stays actively involved in her community by volunteering her time with her church Second Baptist and the Avon Walk for breast Cancer in addition to running in her fist half-marathon in January of 2009. She is a member of Executive Women in Golf and holds two personnel industry certifications, Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).
